Intimation of Merger of Advanced Rail Control Private Limited with and into Concord Control Systems Limited
This is to inform you that pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the approval of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited, has been successfully merged with and into Concord Control Systems Limited, with effect from May 09, 2026.
Consequently, Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited has ceased to exist as a separate legal entity, and all its assets, liabilities, rights, obligations, contracts, and undertakings have been transferred to and vested in Concord Control Systems Limited.
Key Implications of the Merger:
- All existing agreements, contracts, and purchase orders entered into by Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited shall continue in full force and effect and will now be executed and honored by Concord Control Systems Limited.
- All receivables and payables of Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited are now the responsibility of Concord Control Systems Limited.
- There is no disruption to ongoing business operations or relationships.
